It is motivating to see yourself climbing up the ranks to compete with the superiors or others may be taking over you and it motivates you to get back up in the ranks. You can set goals on how physically fit you want to be compared to people. If you don\u2019t have much knowledge on people\u2019s fitness, having these goals of being better than other individuals are very motivating compared to just mindlessly trying to improve yourself. It provides self-awareness on your weaknesses such as some exercises you can\u2019t do as well on.
